Most of the controls in the beginning of the game rely on your device’s motion sensors (changeable). That means you’ll need to be tilting your device to control which way your racer will go. Devices like the iPad will be relatively heavier compared to the iPad Mini, and the iPhone or iPod Touch respectively.
There are also other modes which allow you to race differently (can be found in options) but the general beginner mode for a starting player is the motion sensors.
You can also give your snail a head start with a fling during start-up but most of the controls will be based on tilting your device out of harm’s way. You can also tap and hold on the screen to drift.
